Our approach

More than places on a map

Tanzania Hai Tours & Safaris is about experiencing Tanzania with curiosity and care. For us, a memorable journey is found in the balance: a morning watching wildlife, a conversation along the way, a comfortable place to rest and enough time to enjoy each of them.

Our starting point is you. We help turn your interests, travel dates and budget into a practical plan, bringing safari, mountain and coastal experiences together where they make sense for your trip.

We value clear information as much as beautiful places. From the first proposal to the final travel documents, our approach is to make the next step easy to understand.

A journey should feel like your own.

What matters to us

Thoughtful, from the first conversation

A sense of place

The landscape sets the pace. We consider the season, distances and your interests together, so each stop earns its place in your journey.

A personal conversation

Tell us what matters to you: a first safari, time together, photography or simply room to slow down. Your preferences shape the plan.

Care in the details

Thoughtful travel respects wildlife, the people who welcome us and the places we pass through. Small choices matter throughout the trip.

From idea to itinerary

A clear path to your safari

There is a lot behind a well-planned trip. We break it into manageable steps, with room for your questions along the way.

  1. Start with your idea

Share your dates, group size, budget and the places you would love to see. You do not need a finished itinerary to start a conversation.

  2. Shape your journey together

Review a day-by-day plan with suggested stays, activities and travel time. Ask questions and refine the pace before deciding.

  3. Know what you are booking

Check your quotation, inclusions, exclusions and payment stages. Arrangements are confirmed through the booking process, subject to availability.

  4. Arrive with the details in place

Use your travel portal to share traveller information, view documents and keep in touch. Before departure, review your final itinerary and meeting arrangements.

Travel with care

Be a welcome guest

Beautiful places are also living places. We encourage a considerate approach to the wildlife, communities and environments that make Tanzania special.

  • Give wildlife its space. Follow your guide's instructions, keep a respectful distance and let animals behave naturally.
  • Meet people with respect. Ask before taking photographs and follow the customs of the places you visit.
  • Leave less behind. Keep litter with you, refill water where practical and use water and energy thoughtfully.
  • Plan for your needs. Tell us early about mobility, dietary or other requirements so we can discuss suitable arrangements and limitations.
